摘要: Introduction Selective enlargement of the primary feeding arteries to large cerebral arteriovenous malformations and relatively greater blood flow through these can create direct, enlarged channels from cervical carotid vertebral malformation. As feeders enter malformation they usually ramify into multiple smaller arteries, except in unusual cases direct artery-to-vein communication. 1,2 The anatomical hemodynamic situation thus created may permit safe surgical embolization provided emboli fit easily within main are too for acceptance by side-branches surrounding normal brain. We evaluating extent which artificial be useful treatment certain and, with modifications, bleeding saccular aneurysms. Since reporting first case, only 4 were used, 3 we have now studied intravascular behavior 471
