摘要: The effect of simultaneous pretreatment with vitamins C and E on the toxicity mutagenicity K2Cr2O7 in rats guinea pigs was evaluated. Dietary Cr(VI)-intoxicated ascorbic acid or alpha-tocopherol normalized vitamin levels lungs but not kidneys. synergistic preventive both confirmed production lipoperoxides rats. Simultaneous administration prevented decrease provoked by oxidative effects Cr(VI). results micronucleus test bone marrow showed that it caused antimutagenic against bichromate, pigs. demonstrated only an increase ratio NCE to PCE, i.e., a cytotoxic mutagenic hexavalent chromium.
