摘要: This case report describes a rare complication that occurred during the performance of MitraClip procedure. Following deployment clip, portion device attaches clip to delivery system (CDS), referred as radiopaque tip, embolized left atrium removal CDS through guide catheter. The percutaneous strategy was used successfully retrieve tip is described and discussed.© 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
