摘要: I shall argue that the Interactive Party-State (IPS) model (Csanadi, 1997) allows us to place Chinese and Hungarian party-state structure dynamics into a common framework. This framework sheds light on structural reasons behind different functional effects of reforms. paper is divided three major parts. In first section summarize dynamic properties IPS model. followed by arguments raised regarding its general nature, consequently, applicability China based operational grounds. Finally, will reveal robust ground, specifics may give rise divergent development paths. The primary focus theoretical, with empirical examples provided. Consistent analysis be following undertaking.
