摘要: The diagnosis and classification of sexually deviant disorders, like the mental disorders in general, are continually evolving, for they reflect way perceived.1 Classificatory systems incorporate current perceptions into categories whose purposes are, according to Spitzer Williams,2 promote “communication, control, comprehension” (p 591). Communication depends on using names stand previously agreed criteria meriting inclusion these categories.
