摘要: Abstract Context Software testing is a knowledge intensive process, and, thus, Knowledge Management (KM) principles and techniques should be applied to manage software knowledge. Objective This study conducts survey on existing research KM initiatives in testing, order identify the state of art area as well future research. Aspects such purposes, types knowledge, technologies type are investigated. Method The mapping was performed by searching seven electronic databases. We considered studies published until December 2013. initial resulting set comprised 562 studies. From this set, total 13 were selected. For these 13, we snowballing direct search publications researchers groups that accomplished Results study, identified 15 addressing have been reviewed extract relevant information questions. Conclusions Although only few found addressed shows an increasing interest topic recent years. Reuse test cases perspective has received more attention. point view, most discuss aspects related providing automated support for managing means system. Moreover, main conclusion, results show pointed out important strategy effectiveness, improving selection application suited techniques, methods cases. On other hand, inadequacy systems appears cited problem applying testing.
