摘要: Abstract The hyphal wall components (HWC) from Phytopthora capsici, P. infestans and nicotianae var. nicotinae , which caused the hypersensitive cell death of suspension-cultured cells sweet pepper ( Capsicum frutescence L.), tomato Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) tobacco Nicotiana tabacum enhanced luminol-mediated chemiluminescence in suspensio-cultured each plant within several minutes after treatment with HWC a species-nonspecific manner. HWC-induced was by incubation superoxide dismututase but significanyly inhibited pretreatment catalase or, O 2 − scavenger, Tiron. Similarly, Tirom or water-soluble glucans (WSG) respective species Phytophthora suppressed both chemilunescence specific only to its own host. These results suggested that spp. may produce suppressor-gluncans inhibit activation generation responsible for triggering Solanaceous host plants permit establishment compatible interaction.
