摘要: Abstract The monokaryotic mycelia of a mutant strain, fisc, Coprinus macrorhizus, which are able to form fruiting bodies in the light, failed any darkness. A dikaryon and ds, formed malformed Illumination for 1 day fisc grown darkness 4 days or longer was effective inducing bodies. The accumulation adenosine 3′:5′-cyclic monophosphate illuminated strain demonstrated. produced high levels adenylate cyclase [ATP pyrophosphate-lyase (cyclizing), EC 4.6.1.1] phosphodiesterase (3′:5′-cyclic-AMP 5′-nucleotidohydrolase, 3.1.4.17), degrades cAMP, while dark-grown showed no very low activities these enzymes. Dikaryotic ds significant amounts enzymes even When were exposed continuous increased rapidly after lag period whose length depends on culture age mycelia. Cycloheximide inhibited increase enzyme stimulated by light. an cAMP-binding activity observed. possible participation cAMP formation C. macrorhizus is discussed.
