摘要: Pharmacological effects of Panax ginseng have been demonstrated in cardiovascular system, endocrine secretion and immune together with antitumor, anti-stress anti-oxidant activities. Modern scientific data show protective effect against bone marrow cell death, increased survival rate experimental animals, recovery hematopoietic injury, immunopotentiation, reduction damaged intestinal epithelial cells, inhibition mutagenesis effective protection testicular damages, caused by radiation exposure. And also, acts indirect fashion to protect radical processes initiation free thus reduces the damages. The research has made much progress, but still insufficient fully uncover action mechanism components on molecule level. This review provides usefulness natural product, showing no toxic effects, as an radioprotective agent. Furthermore, further clinical trials radioprotection need be highly done clarify its application. known ginsenosides. Considering that each these ginsenosides pharmacological effect, it seems likely non-saponin might superior those ginsenosides, suggesting active ingredients series. These results also combined saponin play important role ginseng.
