摘要: An adaptive Wiener filter may be applied to improve coding efficiency because of information lost during quantization the video encoding process. The selectively globally an entire picture or locally portions picture. Histogram segmentation used select pixels for filtering in some embodiments. adaptively histogram bins, improving cases.
