摘要: The emergence of public service media in the mid-twentieth century on both sides Atlantic was a response to particular technological realities and market structures. Public systems manifested theories about function democracy, sources cultural authority innovation, limitations market, values social cohesion inclusion.In early twenty-first century, underlying justifications for are now flux.
