摘要: In this study, a monoclonal antibody to the terminal oxidase of alternative pathway from Sauromatum guttatum was used detect expression (AOX) protein in tomato mitochondria. The results show that there an obvious correlation between ethylene-induced apoptosis and levels AOX cells undergoing apoptosis. addition, when protoplasts were preincubated with 2 mM salicylhydroxamic acid (SHAM), inhibitor pathway, before their exposure ethylene, TUNEL positive reaction DNA fragmentation obviously accelerated.
