摘要: Vandetanib is an inhibitor of the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 tyrosine kinase and epidermal kinase, recently used in treatment different tumors. We describe a case photo-allergic reaction to vandetanib 80-year-old Caucasian woman affected by metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Phototoxic reactions have been rarely reported literature. Dermatologists should be aware this cutaneous side effect patients counseled use adequate sun protection.
