摘要: Potassium niobate, KNbO3 (KN), ceramics doped with manganese (Mn) were prepared by the conventional ceramic fabrication process to characterize their electrical properties. The difficulty in obtaining dense methods limits our knowledge of piezoelectricity this ceramic. In paper, an optimized for (over 95%) and nondeliquescent KN is described. Dielectric piezoelectric data are also presented. particular, fine properties obtained Mn-doped (KN+MnCO3x wt %: KN–Mn x), highest electromechanical coupling factor, k33 was 50.7% KN–Mn0.2.
