摘要: Objective To investigate the expression of ceramide kinase (Cerk) and related regulation in mouse uterus during early pregnancy. Methods Several models, including pregnancy, pseudopregnancy, delayed or activated implantation, artificial decidualization, steroid hormonal treatment were performed (n=10). Immunohistochemistry situ hybridization used to detect Cerk protein mRNA uterus. Results Expression was strongly detected luminal glandular epithelium on day 1 However, signals subluminal stroma surrounding implanting blastocyst 5 decidua from 6 8 whereas not epithelium. The pseudopregnancy similar that pregnancy 4 pseudoprgenancy still with remarkable Under no obvious After implantation terminated by estrogen embryo initiated, both implanted blastocyst. A strong signal decidualized cells under only a basal level observed control which did inject sesame oil. Progesterone induced slight Both estradiol combination progesterone increased Conclusion is estrogen. site suggests might play an important role decidualization.
