The role of technical expertise in judicial probation work in Romania and in the comparative law

摘要: Technical expertise is a research, interpretation and elucidation of situations actually using scientific data. Starting with brief history the sample technical expertise, this paper details role information capacity expert / specialist in explaining arguing circumstances which have led to state affairs belongs civil or criminal. The author highlights multitude problems whose nature beyond concern science, gained interdisciplinary - called complex examination.
