摘要: Summary The research was carried out on material sampled from 20 laying hens, one year old, housed in free range system (FRS) and hens a battery (BS), the region of copper industry impact (Lower Silesia). Thigh muscles livers were to determine content Cd Pb by an ICP-MS method. concentrations cadmium lead part FRS-liver samples exceeded permissible limit: 0.5 mg·kg -1 wet weight for both elements. maximum value 3.09 minimal 0.20 weight. values respectively 1.36 0.04 In poultry meat, level is 0.05 0.1 FRS-muscle, ranged between 0.01 0.15 0.007 0.38 BS-muscles BS-livers, , were, with exception, not above limit.
