摘要: Although intraportal infusion of adenosine suppressed the oxidative stress caused by activated neutrophils and attenuated ischemia-reperfusion injury canine liver, high doses elicit systemic hypotension. The present work demonstrates that combined use low amrinone, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, strongly inhibited reperfusion liver without eliciting After 45 min ischemia followed 60 rat amrinone were administrated intraportally, resulting in significantly increased hepatic levels cGMP, cAMP, nitrite plus nitrate plasma, decreased alanine aminotransferase plasma changing hemodynamics. Thus, administration cyclic nucleotides, thereby improved microcirculation liver.
