摘要: 1. 1. Calcium ions strongly stimulate the incorporation of labelled choline into phospholipids rat-liver microsomes. A number other divalent metal fail to show this effect. 2. 2. Maximal occurs at 1.6 3.3·10−3M concentration calcium and a pH value 9.0 d- l-serine competitively inhibit reaction. 3. 3. The effects dialysis added cofactors, as well hydrolysis studies on products reaction, indicate occurrence an exchange possibly catalysed by phospholipase C.
