Synthesis and evaluation of gas sensing properties of PANI based graphene oxide nanocomposites

摘要: Abstract Polyaniline (PANI) nanofibers and Polyaniline/Graphene Oxide (PANI/GO), Oxide/Zinc (PANI/GO/ZnO) nanocomposites were successfully prepared by nanoemulsion method. The synthesized characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), has showed the evidence of interaction between PANI nanofibers, GO nanosheets ZnO nanoparticles, respectively. used for sensing NH3, LPG, CO2 H2S gases respectively at room temperature. It was observed that PANI/GO, PANI/GO/ZnO with different weight ratios had better selectivity sensitivity towards NH3 Best performance shown nanocomposite response 5.706 (10.3 times than sensor) 1000 ppm 80 ± 1 °C recovery time 1 min 30 s only.
