Hospitais de alta complexidade do estado de São Paulo: uma análise comparativa dos níveis de eficiência obtidos pelos modelos de gestão de Administração Direta e de Organização Social

摘要: The objective of this article is to analyze the level efficiency two groups highly complex hospitals in State Sao Paulo, one managed by Social Organizations and other Direct Administration, order verify which group makes better use public resources. methodology used was a descriptive study with quantitative evaluation divided into parts. first measured size, financing, outputs procedures these hospitals. In second part, Data Envelopment Analysis applied for analysis. results showed indexes besides, comparatively, they presented greater size transference received state number services.
