摘要: Purpose: Contemporary literature on lung adenocarcinoma has demonstrated a genetic difference of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) pathway conferring to ethnicity, such as higher frequency activated EGFR mutations in East Asian population. This information is missing some developing countries, and we intend address this gap literature. Methods: We examined rate among Pakistani patients with lung. Fine-needle aspiration samples were gathered from 73 patients. Polymerase chain reaction was performed extracted DNA for mutational analysis exons 19 21 . Results: discovered 18 (24.6%) did not find any significant mutation regard patient's age, sex, smoking history, clinical stage cancer, subtypes adenocarcinoma, tumor differentiation. Conclusion: Our investigation shows that our patient population than African-American, Arabian, white Caucasian patients, lower
