摘要: After a brief historical overview, the concept of electrical impedance is introduced as principle transduction calling attention to possible mechanisms by which physiological event may change impedance, i.e., geometric, resistivity, and/or permittivity changes. Thereafter, since measurements usually require injection current, its biological effects are discussed in order establish safety criteria. Finally, elements found an impedancimetric circuit and their respective nature presented described. The particular behavior electrode/electrolyte interface appear immediately strikingly important. section ends with bird's-eye view basic circuitry measure impedance. Each subsection closed partial conclusions underline relevant concepts.
