Network packet receiver with buffer logic for reassembling interleaved data packets

摘要: A network controller receives encrypted data packets in the form of interleaved streams cells, and stores received cells a buffer until end each packet is received, at which time complete decrypted, error checked, then transmitted to host computer. The controller's includes storage array are stored as linked lists, directory having entry for buffer.
