摘要: Life cycle assessment (LCA) measures cradle-to-grave environmental impacts of a product. To assess an emerging technology, LCA should be coupled with additional methods that estimate how technology might deployed. The extent and manner diffuses throughout region shapes the magnitude type impacts. Diffusion innovation is established field research analyzes adoption new innovations, its principles can used to construct scenario models enhance technologies. Integrating diffusion modeling techniques provide estimates for market penetration, displacement existing systems, rate adoption. Two general perspectives application are macro-level use function time represent adoption, microlevel simulate through interactions individuals. Incorporating concepts complement within inform proactive management
