摘要: ZnO nanorods were fabricated by ultrasonic treatment before and after a hydrothermal process. The morphology structure of the individually characterized scanning electron microscopy X-ray diffraction. results show that process, fore-ultrasonic can directly gain which mainly experienced four conversion stages from initial bulk Zn(OH)2, coexisting phase Zn(OH)2 with nanoslices, nanoslices flower-like finally to purely nanorods. After post-ultrasonic influences aggregation degree formation mechanism on is also discussed.
