摘要: Low-flow closed loop anaesthesia is the controlled administration of minimum amount respiratory and anaesthetic gases required to anaesthetise patient. At present, control procedure manual, with anaesthetist visually assessing volume reservoir bag inspiratory expiratory gas concentrations. Considering this, application fuzzy logic clinical anasethesia seems ideal. The design such a system in two stages. first stage single (oxygen) system, operating an open decision support mode, based on 'expert knowledge' anaesthetist. Once clinically optimised, feedback will be provide automatic oxygen only. second project extension handle other gases. A graphical user interface, interlaced software-driven simulation controller, was designed aid evaluation display components.
