摘要: The duplication of the inferior vena cava (IVC) is a rare congenital anomaly, which also has some variations regarding complex embryological development IVC. In typical form, infrarenal IVC segments are duplicated and left joins renal vein, crosses anterior to aorta in normal fashion join right variant forms, interruption intrahepatic segment IVC, azygos or hemiazygos continuation, retroaortic course vein may be seen. An venous shunt accompanying double an extremely anomaly. We report case 40-year-old female patient with interruption, transhepatic shunt.
