摘要: Logistics outsourcing has been applied in practices by enterprises for decades, but its efficiency is always restricted because logistics service providers (LSPs) often only have a single function such as delivery or warehousing. In the last few years, LSPs upgraded their capabilities to support some other services including value-added services, materials management, information-related etc. The purpose of this thesis identify differences between self-built system and using Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) strategic analysis; figure out how apply Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) make an appropriate selection among that based on single-case study Gevalia. Both quantitative qualitative methods used study, authors expect describe explore application AHP approach regarding case company which implements system. Accordingly, it could be good idea implement mixed mode after SWOT analysis. addition, production manager emphasized five criteria “compatibility”, “delivery performance”, “location”, “management” “cost” should considered priority different criterion when he selected LSP. As result, will efficient effective us simulate best decision those industrial manufacturing achieve path partner significant approach.
