摘要: Just as the first volume of this book series, second starts with an introductory chapter on a general topic. This time choice has fallen legal position herbal remedies in various countries. The basic consideration is that have gained such obvious place our health care system it become hard for public legislators to ignore them. Yet regulations vary considerably from country country, and nations prominent field synthetic drug legislation may be less progressive regulation products. To illustrate point, current European Economic Community certain individual countries will discussed. These been selected, either because they developed special guidelines marketing preparations drugs (Germany, France, Belgium) or internationally well-respected regulatory bodies rooted Anglo-Saxon tradition (United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Sweden).
