摘要: Knowledge about the need for care of elderly individuals in community dwellings and factors affecting their needs support is limited. The aim this study was to characterize frailty a population living Sweden relation co-morbidity, use drugs, risk severe conditions such as malnutrition, pressure ulcers, falls. In 2008, 315 were interviewed examined part SHADES-study. demonstrated co-morbidity (a mean three diseases) polypharmacy (an average seven drugs). Age, pulse pressure, body mass index, specific items from modified Norton scale (MNS), Downton fall index (DFRI), mini nutritional assessment (MNA-SF) related different outcomes, defining frailty.
