摘要: Preterm infants may be nutritionally compromised at discharge, due to unrecovered early protein and energy deficits accumulated during hospital stay because exclusive breastfeeding is not well established prior going home. The strategy of enriching breast milk infant formula accelerate catch-up growth must weighed against the current evidence relating these practices in context preterm phenotype which persists into adulthood differs from that term-born infants. Commencing transition liquid food nutrient-dense solid foods then progressing through a variety textures should considered gross motor development.
