摘要: Virtual Reality is a powerful tool for training, simulation, and computer aided design. The sensation of being in real environment, while interacting with VR simulation usually referred as sense presence or immersion. In most the current applications the focus has been providing good visual sound feedback to user. However, lack of mechanoreception/touch proprioception/force feedback, other words, the impossibility really touching virtual objects makes interaction unreal more difficult. The rapid advances development techniques such medicine, virtual training prototyping have highlighted an effective input/feedback interface these technologies this led research activity all aspects input and feedback technology related touch/force reflection. This work presents generic integrated haptic (touch/force) feedback interface use telepresence applications. The presented here consists 7 DOF control / force exoskeleton multi-functional input control touch glove interface. arm monitors motions the human feed back sensations using ultra light weight pneumatic Muscle Actuators (pMA) obtain high power outputs comfortable inherently safe structure. hand touch sensations contact pressure, surface texture temperature. These hardware systems together interfaced a virtual reality system permit exploration testing interactions virtual environments. It believed that VR, particularly, design and rapid will provide enhanced performance augment the design-production process.
