摘要: Abstract We reported on the preparation of a thin BaTiO 3 -coated layer (∼2.27 nm) surface TiO 2 and its further application in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs). The as-prepared –TiO films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) transmission microscope (TEM). performances DSCs with without coating analyzed cyclic voltammograms (CVs), electrochemical impedance (EIS), current–voltage measurements. It was found that about 12 μm thickness increased dye adsorption, resulting J sc . In meantime, modification is beneficial to formation an energy barrier against transfer from I − , providing increase V oc due density caused lifetime.
