摘要: Risk management strategies frequently generate conflict. This conflict results not only from differences in interests associated with expected outcomes, but just as fundamentally divergent assessments, perceptions and values risk management. These impair communication creativity decision making inhibit decisive action. To effectively design, implement administer policy, the manager must therefore cooperation amongst individuals organizations that can block An effective system is consequently also a consensus building system. Hence, methods for more coping systems are needed. paper examines root sources of risk-based conflict, develops assessing potential part process, presents an alternative approach to designing built upon concepts both assessment social assessment. The focuses analysis on wider range concerns than typically envisioned by analysts, imbedded models policy dispute resolution. Based simulations involving managers policymakers waste systems, shows promise facilitating workable policy.
