摘要: An assay for routine therapeutic drug monitoring of anti-HIV HAART drugs in clinical use is highly desirable, order to rapidly measure the pharmacokinetic parameters on single patients. We have started a project develop panel enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) whole set drugs, and development, performance evaluation amprenavir described here. A diazo conjugate has been used raise polyclonal anti-amprenavir antibodies rabbits. Antisera up quantitative rapid competitive assay. Plasma samples are simply diluted buffer after thermal inactivation, before running The allows detection quantification range 400-5000 ng/ml, plasma sample. compared with an HPLC reference technique, 27 from treated Within range, ELISA data well correlated results by regression line close identity, Bland-Altman analysis shows agreement between two methods.
