摘要: Due to their unique properties, bone marrow-derived Lin− cells can be used regenerate damaged tissues, including skin. The objective of our study was determine the influence skin tissue-specific microenvironment on mouse cell proliferation and migration in vitro. Cells were analyzed for expression stem/progenitor surface markers by flow cytometry. Proliferation MACS-purified 3D cultures investigated WST-8 assay. evaluated vitro scratch results obtained show that basement membrane matrix is more effective However, type I collagen better enhances re-epithelization process, depends migratory properties. These studies are important preparing transplantation.
