摘要: Nervous system homeostasis and synaptic function need dedicated mechanisms to locally regulate the molecular composition of neuronal plasma membrane allow development, maintenance plastic modification morphology. The cytoskeleton intracellular trafficking lies at core all these processes. In most mammalian cells, Golgi apparatus (GA) is center biosynthetic pathway, located in proximity microtubule-organizing center. addition this central localization, somatic GA neurons complemented by satellite outposts (GOPs) dendrites, which are essential for dendritic morphogenesis emerging like local stations membranes synapses. Largely, GOPs participation post-ER has been determined imaging transport exogenous protein VSVG. Here we review diversity cargoes that traffic through assortment different routes We also analyze recent advances understanding role matrix proteins biogenesis how secretory can be generated.
