摘要: Although phytoplankton are the major source of marine dissolved organic matter (DOM), their blooms a global problem that can greatly affect ecological systems, especially free-living bacteria, which primary DOM degraders. In this study, we analyzed bacterial communities from Xiamen sea during an Akashiwo sanguine bloom using Illumina MiSeq sequencing 16S rRNA gene amplicons. The was probably stimulated by low salinity and ended after abatement eutrophication pollution. A total 658,446 sequence reads 11,807 OTUs were obtained in both control samples with Alpha-proteobacteria Gamma-proteobacteria being predominant classes detected. decreased diversity, increased species evenness, significantly changed community structure. Bacterial within more homogeneous than those area. bacteria included SAR86 SAR116 clades AEGEAN-169 group, but few suppressed. addition, many known to be associated detected only samples. This study revealed great influence A. sanguinea on communities, provided new insights into relationship between ecosystems.
