摘要: Invasion of epithelial cells by Shigella flexneri involves entry and intercellular dissemination. Entry bacteria into non-phagocytic requires the IpaA-D proteins that are secreted Mxi-Spa type III secretion machinery. Type systems found in several Gram-negative pathogens serve to inject bacterial effector directly cytoplasm host cells. In this study, we have analysed IpgD protein S. flexneri, gene which is located on virulence plasmid at 5' end mxi-spa locus. We shown (i) stored association with a specific chaperone, IpgE; (ii) system amounts similar those proteins; (iii) associated IpaA extracellular medium; (iv) involved modulation cell response after contact bacterium This suggests an might be injected manipulate cellular processes during infection.
