摘要: The invention discloses an open-pore structure biomedical zinc material with aperture gradient distribution and a preparation method thereof. is pure or alloy, wherein open pores which are mutually communicated in the surface inner part of material, diameters along axial direction radial direction; comprises following steps: (1) preparing pore-forming particulate matter, dividing into macropore, mesopore micropore particles according to particle size; (2)filling graphite crucible particles, arranging needed shape manner; (3) putting weight on sintering obtain preform;(4) alloy replace weight, vacuum melting, enabling melt flow gap; (5) introducing argon, performing pressurized percolation; (6) removing preformcomponent complex. According thereof structure, porosity, aperture, product corrosion rate controllable, layered hardly free pore obturation forming agent residual phenomena.
