摘要: Fatty change (steatosis) is the most frequent liver pathology in western countries and caused by a broad range of disorders such as alcohol abuse metabolic syndrome. The surface layer lipid droplets (LDs) contains members protein family that share homologous sequences domains, so-called PAT proteins, named after their constituents, perilipin, adipophilin, TIP47. We characterized LD-associated proteins normal diseased connected with LD accumulation. Adipophilin TIP47 are expressed LDs vitamin A-storing hepatic stellate cells additionally steatotic hepatocytes. Perilipin, which was thought to be characteristic for adipocytes steroidogenic cells, becomes de novo hepatocytes human liver. Perilipin splice variant A found biochemical, molecular biological, immunohistochemical methods. Its association different from depends on size localization LDs, suggesting play specific roles during maturation LDs.
