摘要: Abstract A device for in situ pre-concentration of trace elements graphite furnace-atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAS), which is based on the direct introduction sample solution into furnace by a fused silica capillary, described. Experimental conditions have been optimized determination several at sub pg/g level with CV always better than 15%. deposition yield approximately 95% was estimated depositing containing NaCl 0.002 M. very simple and effective handling under contamination-free also described allowed less 10% to be obtained replicate determinations Cd blank samples 0.4 pg/g. The overall analytical system validated recovery studies carried out standard solutions spiked snow samples. Measurements were performed 1, 5 50 pg/g, error lower 20, 10 5%, respectively. evaluation experimental detection limits ranged interval 0.1–4 finally discussed.
