摘要: Apoptosis/Light emitting diode/HeLa cells. Low intensity irradiation of cells by laser was an effective method biostimulation. Here, we have ex tended these actions to evaluate the apoptosis effects in red light diode (RLED) exposure. Through morphological observation, flow cytometric analysis, intracellular calcium measurement and RTPCR, found that HeLa 24 h RLED -vitro experiments would significantly affects induction cellular apoptosis, changes such as loose arrangement cells, noticeable development apoptotic bodies,and accompaniment arrested S phase activated caspases-3,-6,-8. Moreover, concentrations markedly increased 40.3 ± 1. 3% 43.1 0.8% respectively, relative extracellular solution containing Ca 2+ free unexposed group. In -vivo tests, decreased growth tumors on day 50 attenuated elevation vascular endothelial factor (VEGF) expression cell implanted BALB/c mice. Taken together, our results suggest could induce convey potential antitumor properties.
