摘要: Abstract Chemosentizing of pathogens using natural compounds has been shown to be a promising alternative, resulting in increased efficacy classical antifungal therapy. This study determines the chemical composition and antifungal, antichemotactic antioxidant activities Nectandra Rol species. ex Rottb. essential oils species, its interaction with commercial antifungals. The N. megapotamica lanceolata was established by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS). major identified oil were bicyclogermacrene (33.4%) germacrene D (16.8%), while β-caryophyllene (32.5%), (27.8%) spathulenol (11.8%). presented antidermatophytic effect affinity ergosterol indicating possible involvement fungal membrane. combination from ciclopirox showed synergistic additive on most isolates (75%) reducing active concentration agents when combination. also tested for their ability inhibit leukocyte migration vitro stimulated Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide reduction range 30.7–96.7%, suggesting that it could act acute stage inflammatory process. Antioxidant concentration-dependent activity observed both samples. 50% highest tested. results between antifungals indicate this as complement conventional therapy topical treatment superficial infections caused dermatophytes, acting chemosensitization cell improvement advantage anti-inflammatory associated.
