摘要: Objective To determine the frequency of osteopenia in patients with childhood-onset systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) compared that healthy matched controls, and to evaluate relationship between disease-related variables bone mineral mass. Methods Bone density (BMD) content (BMC) were measured a cohort 70 SLE (mean ± SD disease duration 10.8 8.3 years, mean age 26.4 9.9 years) age- sex-matched controls. BMD BMC femoral neck, lumbar spine, total body, distal one-third radius by dual x-ray absorptiometry. We investigated following variables: cumulative dose corticosteroids, organ damage, current use cyclophosphamide, at onset, activity time diagnosis. Biochemical markers metabolism also measured. Results BMD values for spine neck significantly lower than The reduction was greater body. In multiple linear regression analyses, higher corticosteroid associated neck. Decreased related male sex. Conclusion The most seriously affected skeletal site, followed corticosteroids shown be an important explanatory variable
