摘要: Chronic renal failure causes extensive neuroendocrine disturbance, including marked hypothalamo-pituitary dysfunction which is reversed by transplantation but not dialysis. Gonadal in uremia manifest as delayed puberty adolescents; testicular atrophy, hypospermatogenesis, infertility, impotence men; and anovulation, menstrual disturbance women. steroidogenesis gametogenesis are impaired gonadotropin levels increased. In addition to evidence of defects pituitary gonadal function, increasing indicates the importance alterations hypothalamic regulation pituitary-gonadal function pathogenesis uremic hypogonadism. Experimental induced subtotal nephrectomy mature rats dysfunction, principally due aberrant GnRH secretion involving inhibition secretion, hypersensitivity negative feedback, resistance naloxone, a triad features termed ontogenic regression.
