摘要: A 15-year-old woman who was studied because an abdominal mass at the Instituto Nacional de la Nutricion Salvador Zubiran (INNSZ) is reported. The history revealed only malaise and mild pain. At physical exploration, in upper right quadrant found. Liver function tests were normal. Abdominal ultrasound computerized tomography a large cystic of hepatic lobe. She underwent exploratory laparotomy. Intraoperative frozen sections biopsies demonstrated undifferentiated sarcoma liver, extended trisegmentectomy performed. Postoperative outcome uneventful. Adjuvant treatment with doxorubicin dacarbazine given, six months follow-up, patient alive without any evidence recurrence. Clinical histopathologic features this rare malignant tumor are discussed, as well therapeutic choices.
