摘要: The quality of life for patients with schizophrenia is an important issue nowadays, as the idea de-institutionalisation in psychiatry being implemented. aim this study was to analyze diff erent determinants schizophrenia. survey covered a group 115 from community mental health service centres Lublin Province eastern Poland. following methods were used: WHOQOL-BREF (WHO Quality Life, BREF shorter version original instrument that may be more convenient use large research studies or clinical trials), HADS (Hamilton Anxiety and Depression Scale), PANSS (Positive Negative Syndrome GAF (Global Assessment Functioning). It found signifi cantly lower males, subjects who divorced widowed, living parents, worse conditions fi nancial situation, nancially dependent, period time after last hospitalization, longer total spent hospital, score, higher suicide attempt past, comorbid depressive anxiety disorder, negative attitude their families towards them treatment, not-attending psychoeducation activities. crucial treat disorders due correlation between serverity those symptoms life. work policy should provide employment stable psychic state, because are unemployed thus dependent declare compared professionally active.
