Shape‐Controlled Synthesis of Silver Nature‐Like Spiky Particles for Piezoresistive Sensor Applications

摘要: Silver particles with spiky nanostructured morphologies have been obtained by two different wet-synthesis approaches. A detailed investigation was carried out into the synthesis parameters to tune shape of sample desert-rose- and succulent-like particles. The first synthetic route based on reduction silver nitrate iron sulfate in presence maleic acid as anisotropic agent, whereas second method ascorbic used reducing agent citric agent. nucleation model is proposed explain growth mechanism effect each parameter particle morphology. These Ag conductive fillers polymeric piezoresistive composites, working principle which tunneling conduction mechanism. Composite samples were thus prepared characterized, demonstrating enhancing sharp protrusions phenomena upon a mechanical compressive strain.
